ROTAFLEX NEO SL PES35/G1100P/PES35 is a composite comprising two non-woven PET layers with a reinforcing glass laid scrim between them.

The G1100P laid scrim offers extremely high tensile strength in the longitudinal direction, and this is even greater in the transverse direction.

The specific ROTAFLEX™ NEO SL hydrobonding process, without additional adhesive, provides extremely high mechanical strength, resistance to static and dynamic puncture, and tear strength, as well as unrivaled flexibility. The glass laid scrim stabilizes the composite and ensures excellent dimensional stability, even after coating in bitumen.
The glass laid scrim also contributes to the product’s fire resistance.
The production technique serves to obtain a reinforcement with an excellent visual appearance and high permeability, ensuring quick and complete bitumen impregnation.
This specialist product is the ideal reinforcement to ensure mechanical performance in top-of-the-range membranes.
