The ROTAFLEX NEO PES25/G800G/PES25 complex comprises a glass laid scrim inserted between two non-woven PET layers.
The G800G laid scrim offers high tensile strength.

The specific ROTAFLEX™ NEO hydrobonding process, combined with the use of a special adhesive, provides extremely high mechanical strength, resistance to static and dynamic puncture, and tear strength. The glass laid scrim stabilizes the composite and ensures extremely good dimensional stability, even after coating in bitumen.

The glass laid scrim also contributes to the product’s fire resistance.
The production technique serves to obtain a reinforcement with an excellent visual appearance and high permeability, ensuring quick and complete bitumen impregnation.
This specialist product is the ideal reinforcement for high-end membranes where cost is a significant factor.

The quantity of PET and the laid scrim are calibrated so as to obtain a good balance between mechanical properties and cost.
